1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Sipgate-JIRA Integration ("the Extension") provided by amicaldo GmbH ("the Provider"). By using the Extension, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using the Extension.

3. Use of the Extension

3.1 The Extension is provided "as is" and is intended for use with Sipgate and JIRA platforms. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Extension.

3.2 You agree to use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content and usage of the Extension.

4. Data Privacy

4.1 The Provider does not store any data related to the use of the Extension. All information required for the Extension's functionality is securely stored in the Atlassian KeyValue database.

4.2 When the optional feature of Tellows integration is enabled, the caller's phone number is transmitted to Tellows UG (ltd). Please refer to Tellows UG's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle personal data: https://www.tellows.com/c/about-tellows-uk/privacy-policy/.

4.3 With enabled debug option amicaldo will get access to log files from the customer installation to allow debugging and development. Log files are stored within atlassian forge log system. We may get access to personal data like phone numbers via log file.

5. Use of Information

We may use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the extension
  • To improve and personalize the user experience
  • To analyze usage and performance of the extension
  • To communicate with users, respond to inquiries, and provide support

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

7. Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 The Extension, including all associated trademarks, logos, and content, are the intellectual property of the Provider. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Extension without the explicit written permission of the Provider.

9.2 You retain all intellectual property rights in the data and content you provide through the Extension.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Extension.

10.2 The Extension is provided without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether expressed or implied.

11. Modifications

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Provider's website. Continued use of the Extension after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany. We hereby confirm that the collection, processing and use of personal data is done in compliance with all data protection regulations and is in adherence with the laws mentioned above, specifically the GDPR Art. 6 s. 1 a. This means we only process data in case of legitimate interest according to Art. 6 s. 1 f GDPR (e.g. for analysis, optimization and protection of the amicaldo online offerings) or under permission of processing by the user (e.g. accepting requests).
